During Stage 7 of the plan, swimmers will develop quality stroke technique whilst swimming up to 100m.
Outcome 1 - Swim 25 metres backstroke to the ASA expected stroke standard
Outcome 2 - Swim 25 metres front crawl to the ASA expected stroke standard
Outcome 3 - Swim 25 metres breaststroke to the ASA expected stroke standard
Outcome 4 - Swim 25 metres butterfly (refer to the ASA expected stroke standards sheet)
Outcome 5 - Perform a movement sequence of 1 minute duration, in a group of three or more, incorporating a number
of
the following skills:
Outcome 6 - Perform a sitting dive
Outcome 7 - Swim 50 metres continuously using one stroke
Outcome 8 - Swim 100 metres, using a minimum of three different strokes
Outcome 9 - Tread water using eggbeater action for 30 seconds
Outcome 10 - Complete an obstacle course (using minimum of four objects) with feet off the pool floor throughout
